Everytime I've had to deal with these guys for my 3 personal vehicles, it has been a good experience overall. Decent knowledge and competitive prices.
They don't have a huge amount of parts in stock - I always seem to be getting something weird for my vehicles but
for a local place in the park it's not bad.
Stay away from another parts place that rhymes with thumper to thumper.
Wouldn't honor ama discount and even through i ordered online I had to pick the order myself when I got to the store. Was 4 mini led bulbs, thread sealant, and a led headlight kit; ordered to ensure stock. Guy at counter was also snarky because it was a busy weekend. (Slower then the store usually is.) Decided not to get the headlight stuff and just drove to canadian tire. Next time I'm going to dash distributors on Roper for parts or candian tire for small things, nicer people better prices.
Worst customer service ever!! Website suggests they have a part on the shelf so I'm driving 20 km to get it young dude behind the counter says no we don't have any " very nice " tried to call in advance answering the phone " can you hold please' and after 20 min waiting I hung up. No apology no offer to check other stores!! That's the reason that Amazon is growing and growing.

I will never shop at NAPA again. Saw easily 8 different associates. 3 helping customers. 4 of us in line. After waiting 15 minutes I left. I have far more important things to do than wait for NAPA staff to figure out if they want to help customers. The icing on the cake? One of the staff answered the phone and continued to talk to whomever was on the other end of the line while “helping” a customer. What a joke.
On March 24,we bought camshaft sensor and asked for 2 pin but inside the box was 3 pin. We went back to have it exchanged but only available the following day. The mechanic then had to come back the next day. When he opened the box, found out it has already been used. We again have to go back and return the item, but they said "we can not take it back because your mechanic has used it". How could that be possible the mechanic is my brother, he opened the box in front of us in my own garage. The sensor from my van has not been taken out yet. They were insisting that we used it. It is a 45 dollar item, I'm not going all the way to swindle people for such amount. They were saying it was inspected, then how come we got an old used item. It is very frustrating we have supported this store for many many years but after this we will never go back. Selling item that has been used and blaming costumer about it is not right.
I've never been to a Napa store before and this was a cool experience for me. Not sure if they sold the Carlyle work light or maybe I had to ask for it if it was in the back. Very clean store with baskets at the front for a shopping haul and lots to look at. Great quality products.
